Loan Options

Home Equity Lines of Credit

Our Home Equity Lines of Credit have 10 year draw terms with a monthly variable interest rate based on Prime Rate as published in the Wall Street Journal. The rate will not vary above 18% APR nor below current Prime Rate. You may pay down your line at any time with no penalty and retain it for future use. An annual fee of $50.00 will apply after the first year. An early termination fee of $250 will apply if account is closed within 36 months of opening. For more information contact our Lending Team.

Home Equity Loans

Choose from a 5 year, 10 year or 15 year amortization and a fixed rate with no prepayment penalty.

Consult your tax advisor regarding tax deductibility of interest.

Share Loans

Use your savings at Fidelity Federal as collateral for your loan. You may borrow 90% of your account balance and pay a low interest rate on borrowed funds.

Auto Loans

We offer fixed rate loans up to 84 months available on new or used automobiles. Please contact our Lending Department for current rates.

Automatic Payments

Use our automatic payment program to schedule monthly deductions from your deposit account at Fidelity Federal or an outside institution at no additional charge.
