through our Online Banking Service and you will discover a safe
and easy alternative to the traditional way of paying your

WHAT IS ONLINE BILL PAY?
Online Bill Pay lets you pay your bills online through Fidelity
Federal S & L’s Online Banking Service. You can pay
virtually anyone in the United States that you would normally
pay by check or automatic debit, even if you do not receive
bills from the company or person you want to pay. Simply add the
companies and people you want to pay.
Online Bill Pay Features
- You decide who you want to pay and when you want the
payment sent
- Schedule one time, recurring or future payments
- Schedule payments for up to one year in advance
- Add or delete payments and/or billers at your
convenience
- Electronic Bills available from some companies
- Set up bill reminders
- Enter notes and/or memos to be sent with or retained
with your bills
- View a Summary of your Pending Payments
- Recent Payments will show payment history for the last
45 days
- View Bill and Payment History for the last six months
- Help Screens and Videos throughout the Bill Pay Program
will give you hints and examples for many questions that you
may have.
- Begin using bill pay immediately upon enrollment
acceptance.

HOW TO ENROLL
You must be enrolled in Fidelity Federal Savings & Loan’s
Online Banking Service to use the Online Bill Payment
Service.
Not enrolled in Online Banking?
- click on the First Time Login Button on the top of any
of our web pages and complete the enrollment information.
BILL PAY ENROLLMENT
You will be given step by step instructions for enrolling in
Online Bill Pay:
- click on the “Bill Payment” button located on the
Online Banking screens.
SCHEDULING PAYMENTS
After you add your bills to the Payment Center you enter the
payment amount and the date when you want the company or person
to receive your payment. Online Bill Pay automatically displays
the earliest date you can select for the company or person to
receive the payment. You can accept this date or change it to a
later one.
- Allow at least 4 business days before the due date
- A number of Payees accept payments electronically, some
do not. For those that do not accept electronic payments, a
check to the payee is sent via US Mail.
